Exhibitor Interest Form

If your organization is interested in participating in the 2026 Veteran Benefit Expo, please review the following information and click the appropriate link at the bottom of this page to access and complete the interest form. 

Participation in the Main Expo is limited to…   

  • government agencies
  • Tribal governments
  • veteran service organizations
  • nonprofit organizations
  • educational institutions
  • community-based providers  

…who offer direct services, programs, or resources benefiting veterans, service members, and their families. 

For-profit businesses and organizations are not eligible to participate in the Main Expo as a service provider. However, these entities may participate in the Expo Job Fair if you are interested in hiring or sharing employment, training or apprenticeship information with veteran job seekers. See below for more information. 

Requirements 

There is no fee to participate in the Veteran Benefit Expo. However, participating organizations must: 

  • Provide staffing for your table during the entirety of the event, from advertised start to closing time (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.). 
  • Offer information, services, or resources that are relevant to veterans, service members, or their families. 
  • Ensure representatives are knowledgeable about available programs and services. 
  • Comply with all event policies and instructions provided by ODVA. 
  • Refrain from direct sales, fundraising activities, or solicitation of donations during the event. 

Space is limited

Please note that submission of this interest form does not guarantee participation. Space is limited, and ODVA reserves the right to prioritize organizations that provide direct services and resources that align with the mission and objectives of the Veteran Benefit Expo. 

Organizations selected to participate will receive confirmation and additional event logistics, including setup information, parking details, table assignments, and event schedules. 

ODVA will review submissions on a rolling basis and will respond within two weeks of receiving your interest form. 

Veteran Benefit Expo Job Fair

The Job Fair is an integrated subsection of the Veteran Benefit Expo, taking place in the same venue at the same time and date. In the past, it has typically been one of the largest and busiest parts of the Expo.

The main difference is that, unlike in the Main Expo, for-profit businesses and organizations, along with government and nonprofit entities, are eligible to participate as an exhibitor. To apply for the Job Fair, please click the appropriate link below to access and complete the interest form.
